Mary Hill, RN, President, is responsible for conducting the overall orchestration of services and providing Financial/Operational Management. Her experience includes management of skilled, sub acute, assisted living and campus care. Prior to CopperSands, Ms. Hill was Divisional Vice President for a major corporation and responsible for the management of 43 facilities nationwide. In addition, she has a successful history as a Director of Nursing, Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Director in long term, sub acute care, and campus care.

Ronald J. Leach, Vice President Asset Management and Development, provides experience and knowledge in Facility plant, renovations and environmental with a special expertise in purchasing, inventory and cost monitoring systems. His successful career includes Assistant Administrator, Operations Manager and multi-facility consulting and training, contract purchasing, the development of cost monitoring systems, and the management of health facility renovations.

Cindy Leach, RN, Vice President of Operations, has a special expertise in Medicare systems, Regulatory compliance, and MDS documentation and reimbursement. Prior to joining CopperSands Management Inc., she was successful as a multi-facility quality manager and responsible for training, pre-surveys, quality assurance, and assistance in developing sub acute programs and Medicare monitoring in 20 facilities in several states. She has a highly successful track record as a Director of Clinical Services in skilled, assisted living and sub acute care and is a recipient of the national "Quality of Care in Long Term Care" award through the American College of Health Care Administrators. In addition, Cindy is a licensed administrator with experience in skilled care.
