CopperSands, formerly TransCare Management, Inc., was formed in January of 1995 as a sole proprietor business under Mary G. Hill. The company was incorporated in January of 1997. CopperSands is a national consulting and management firm, which provides services and management of assisted living, skilled care and campus of care facilities.

In August of 1997, the Corporation decided to change direction from consulting and emphasize services in management and acquisitions. Since that time, CopperSands has successfully managed two facilities out of bankruptcy and currently manages and owns two facilities. In addition, CopperSands manages six (6) facilities in Colorado and one (1) in Arizona.
